Monday evening we will host a meeting of the Mind and Body Wellness Study Group.

Topic: How to Improve Almost Everything by Doing Nothing
There is nothing mystical about meditation, it happens to be one of the most powerful tools for improving ones life. This 90 minutes presentation will include some documentary film evidence, followed by a practice session.
Presenter: Lou Carcasole, B.Sc., M.B.A, M.Ed., is passionate about human development and curious about change. He has always wanted to know why change is so difficult; not only changes that are imposed on us. Lou is an engineer and a master educator.
Lou Carcasole is one of the instructors of our Art of Life Health Center. He teaches the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm. Whether you want to expend your abilities or learn how to cope with stress, pain and suffering – this course is for you.
