with Free Introductory Session
Instructor: Lou Carcasole, B.Sc, M.B.A, M.Ed
Program is designed for, and can be especially helpful to, those who experience: anxiety and depression, chronic pain and illness, life threatening illness, grief, spiritual emptiness and difficulty finding balance in current cultural lifestyles.
This FREE introductory class is a great opportunity to visit our centre, meet the instructor, as well as the other participants.
