[V] Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course

Whether you want to expend your abilities or learn
how to cope with stress, pain and suffering – this course is for you.

Instructor: Elena Slavina, practicing Hatha Yoga as well as other Eastern martial arts such as Thai Chi, Viet Vo Dao and Chi Kong for over 10 years.
