Thanks For Visiting The Art of Life Health Centre

The Art of Life Health Centre Open House: Photo Alex Karmanov

Dear Friends and Guests,

We would like to thank all the people who have attended our Open House events for the last four months. We are really grateful to all of them.

More and more Torontonians are interested in our lectures about the naturopathic and the newest physiotherapy treatments, aura diagnostic, and other healing programs. Over the coming months, we will publish notes and articles about the most popular topics from our lectures.

Our guests already specified their interest in different topics of lectures in our School of Healthy Living. We even can give you a promise that one of the following meetings will inform us about the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromiology.

I would like to remind you that our doctors never talk about any problem without giving the most effective solution to resolve it. The Body-Mind-Spirit programs are created the way that they are the best options to help patients during the treatment sessions and in prophylactics. We have already launched our fall sessions, and we invite you to visit our centre in order to survive in a spring mood through the winter season.

You are always welcome to come with us to the journey to the real art of life.

Visiting the podcasting session by Leesa Barnes, hosted by AIC in conjunction with SIP (June 25 2007) I found out that there is no end for learning. There are always a lot of new incredible ideas how to promote your business.

Leesa’s presentation about the podcasting opportunity was trustworthy and promising. She convinced me to think about a new opportunity for the advertising of our services. I think it is always useful to participate in conferences and meetings with professionals and exchange ideas and news which are helpful in our business.

And lots of thanks to Max Haroon for inviting us on the podcasting session.

Mindfulness Classes

Lou Carcasole: The Evolution of Success: The Practice OF MindfulnessBrochure: The Evolution of Success: Radical Growth: The Practice OF Mindfulness
Lou Carcasole B.Sc, M.B.A, M.Ed
Credit: www.radicalgrowth.com

Mindfulness Classes
Improve the quality of your work and personal life by learning this stress reducing technique.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is designed for, and can be especially helpful to those who experience: anxiety and depression, chronic pain and illness, cardiac disease, the demands of caregiving, life threatening illness, grief, spiritual emptiness and difficulty finding balance in current cultural lifestyles.
Mind/body approaches work because they go beyond the physical to address the framework of attitudes and behaviors that surround health. They deal with the cycle of stress, anxiety, physical tension, symptoms, and disease. They teach individuals to break old harmful patterns and develop positive attitudes and healthy behaviors.
Research studies on mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) show it can reduce chronic pain, high blood pressure, serum cholesterol levels, blood cortisol, and alleviates depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and eating disorders.
MBSR can also change the way emotions are regulated in the prefrontal cortex and alter the immune response to an influenza vaccine.
Mindfulness has been referred to as 'The Art of Living' and really is one of the most powerful tools available for personal growth and for cultivating a better life.
Class Instructor: Lou Carcasole, B.Sc, M.B.A, M.Ed
