This program is for those who are either planning to become loving parents or are already expecting a new addition to the family.

This free interactive introductory lecture will be facilitated by the professional artist and will provide detailed information about the program based on Meditative Art for future moms-to-be.

During the lecture, we will cover:
 

1) How to explore pregnancy through art;
2) How to reveal your inner creativity;
3) How to build loving and caring relationships between a mother and a child while still pregnant which helps to build a bond between mother and child;

4) Hot to foster happiness for you and your baby by thinking and acting with creativity.

About Lecturer - Nodar Zaridze, Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Nodar Zaridze, RMT, experienced registered massage therapist Toronto
Nodar Zaridze is a highly trained and experienced registered massage therapist. He was originally educated as a massage practitioner in Europe, where he worked for my years before coming to Canada.
Nodar attended and graduated with high honours from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto. Nodar was been registered as a massage therapist in Ontario since 2007.

Nodar has extensive experience treating sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation (ex. shoulders, hips, neck), post-traumatic chronic pain and special populations including expectant mothers, seniors with MS, Parkinson's Disease and ALS, and those individuals who recovering from stroke and neurodegenerative disorders.
