This is an enjoyable and introspective 2-day learning experience about how to live your dreams by planning for what you want, instead of settling for what you get. 
The core of the entire program is how to create a personal goal framework for achieving balance in your life in the following areas of health: Finances, Society, Family, Mental and Physical.
You will also be provided with an effective 7-step success formula (it works!) for achieving your personal and/or business goals.

Saturday, September 28, from 8:59 am to 7:30 pm and
Sunday, September 29, from 8:59 am to 6:00 pm

Introducing Your Facilitator Jim Parry:
James M. Parry (Jim) is a management consultant and international corporate trainer who specializes in Human Resource Development and Organization Behavior topics. He is also an adjunct professor of management at Florida State University. He received his M.S. degree in Adult Education from FSU, as well as earning a Graduate Program Certificate in Human Resource Development from FSU's College of Education.
Jim has also done extensive research in the dynamics of high performing teams and is published in the leadership journal OD Practitioner (2006), with his article “The Principle of the Critical Few: A Survival Lesson for Team Leaders.”
Jim has facilitated over 300 workshops over the past 15 years, 62 of which were conducted outside the US, in Canada, England, Germany, Sweden and Israel.
He makes his home in Tallahassee, Florida, with his wife Sandy.  His favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her. Jim enjoys golf, racquetball, downhill skiing, scuba diving, camping, and travel adventures (especially cruises) with Sandy.
