The Art of Life Activities and Programs: Introduction


Let us start with an introduction to some of our activities and programs available in our health center. The following activities enable to help you to complete the mind-body-spirit harmony in order to achieve the real sense of the art of life.

Mindfulness Classes
Improve the quality of your work and personal life by learning this stress reducing technique.
Instructor: Lou Carcasole, B.Sc, M.B.A, M.Ed

Nia Classes
Awake joy of movement and joy of life in you.
Instructor: Viktoria Elkina, Certified Nia White Belt

Yoga Classes
Discipline your mind and body, and connect with your spirituality.
Instructor: Elena Slavina, practicing Hatha Yoga as well as other Eastern martial arts such as Thai Chi, Viet Vo Dao and Chi Kong for over 10 years.

Music Programs
Every person is already talented. Let them prove it!
Instructor: Larissa Zoubareva, Master of Music Degree in Piano, Ph.D.
