Youth for Kids: Classical Music Charity Concert
Youth for Kids: Classical Music for All Ages
Did you ever find yourself seating at Roy Thomson Hall, enjoying a spectacular classical performance thinking about how you would later try with mere words to convey something so remarkable and inexpressible? How you wished then to share this inspirational moment with your children, friends and family... especially, the children, so that the next generation would be just as inspired as you were at that moment. Inspired to live, to create, to reach for something greater... Have you ever wondered about how it all started for those remarkable talents that pull thousands of people into a massive hall magically transformed by their music? It started with the little decisions you and I make every day: a smile, a word of encouragement, even mere presence.
“Youth for Kids” is a Classical Music Charity Concert, hosted by the Art of Life Community Health Centre, featuring young talents who may one day transform entire music halls into harmony. Wouldn't you want to see how it all started?
The performance will feature young talented students of Faculty of Music from the University of Toronto: Martina Myskohlid (Soprano), Artun Miskciyan (Piano), Jessica Nunes (Clarinet), Jonathan Poenn (Cello), Charlotte Alexander (French Horn), and Evelina Zoubareva (Soprano).
