The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program is designed to help people increase resiliency and eliminate stress from life’s challenges.
This eight-week program will help you learn how to:
- reduce your reaction to stress, fight anxiety and depression while increasing your positive emotions;
- decrease your level of body tension, pain, and suffering, get a boost of your immune system;
- enhance your memory & concentration skills, patience and personal performance;
- sharpen awareness, and tap into your inner resources to improve every aspect of your life.
