Poorly-managed reaction to stress not only affects our ability to manage the daily demands of life, but also takes away from the joy of learning, exploring new opportunities, and growing relationships.

For youth, having the balanced life and a forward-looking attitude is especially important in order to transition into many new roles of adulthood.

The 8-week program aims to:
  • Reduce anxiety;
  • Improve your concentration;
  • Strengthen interpersonal skills;
  • Give you the confidence to perform at your very best on tests and exams.
The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program can give you back control of your life!
