Dear friends!

Lately we try to be active and productive, and already have planned another meet-up for you!

The other reason though is that we want to see you again, especially those of you who couldn’t make it to our last meet-up session on cardiac exercises.

This time, we will host a lecture about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other musculoskeletal problems.

For those of you, who work at the computer for the majority of the day and experience musculoskeletal issues, this lecture would be very beneficial.

It will be facilitated by our lovely physiotherapist Ali Aminlari, whom some of you had a pleasure meeting during our previous meet-ups.

This lecture will cover:

1) Musculoskeletal problems and repetitive stress injuries,
2) Headaches and fatigue: practical tips to prevention and cure (very important!),

AND

3) Overview of modern and innovative physiotherapy devices.

I hope to see you all there!

Also, I will be more than happy to share my success story on curing carpel tunnel syndrome only after 10 sessions of physiotherapy.

Take care!
