Pregnancy, Delivery and Postpartum Period
as part of the Joy of Co-Creativity Program

Entry is FREE, lecture will include a short break with light treats, coffee and tea.
The Art of Life Centre, as part of the Joy of Co-Creativity program for expecting mothers, is excited to present the lecture featuring Naturopathic Doctor and Doula L. Gerus.
The Joy of Motherhood: Isn't That What Every Woman Wishes?
During the lecture you will learn:
[ V ] What is a Doula?
[ V ] Who is "Doula" and what is Doula's role in pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period;
[ V ] The importance of balanced diet and supplements intake during pregnancy;
[ V ] How to prepare for the delivery in order to have a healthy, natural and joyful birth;
[ V ] The strategies for successful and effective breastfeeding.
