Low Back Pain: Prevention and Treatment

Every person is unique and everyone needs a special approach to heal any type of pain. It’s understandable that if we will only treat the symptoms of the problem, the disease will keep recurring. Eliminating the roots of the problem will resolve the issue permanently.

Educating the patient about the prevention of the problem, such as the need to exercise, stretching and other related issues, will help to keep a healthy condition of the back.

Let us take a few professional steps in order to get a long-term result:
  • Diagnosing the roots of the problem and a history of the development of the existing condition.
  • Creating a treatment strategy of the roots of the diseases and pain management plan.
  • Educating the patient about the initial issue that developed the problem and creating an individually tailored plan, of healthy habits to keep the back in a good physical shape.

To diagnose the problem, we need the highest professional level of qualified medical staff and modern equipment which will help to evaluate the condition of the affected area and the stage of the damage caused by the disease.

Our physiotherapy equipment includes devices which, help not only to eliminate pain, but also heal joints, muscles, tendons and peripheral nerves on a deep cellular level.  The objectives of physiotherapy equipment are as follows:
  • to get rid of inflammation and scar tissue
  • to heal different kind of edemas
  • to avoid surgery with the help of our unique “Radial Shockwave Therapy
  • to completely eliminate the calcification in a lot of different chronic conditions
  • to treat different kinds of arthritic problems without medication
  • to rejuvenate the spinal discs
  • to help the rehabilitation after the surgery even with implants
  • to speed up a healing process of the fracture of other trauma
  • and much more

After you regain your health, a good professional can tailor the individual program of the prevention and future strengthening of the problematic area in the body.

It’s not a secret that the best help comes not only from, highly educated professionals, but, also from a therapist and their staff, who are optimistic and are able to provide loving care to a patient. Ancient philosophers and doctors would agree with the last statement and all of us know it’s true from our own previous experience.

Finally, we are glad to announce that everything we mentioned above, we offer in our multidisciplinary clinic, which has almost 8 years of successful practice.

Please visit our website www.theartlife.ca and check our area of service in the natural health.
